How do I get quotes?
To receive quotes for a move, simply enter a few details about your items and where they need to get to here. Your request will go live on AnyVan and you'll soon start to receive competitive prices from some of our trusted Transport Providers, generally if they are travelling along a similar route - which can save you up to 75%!
How do I cancel my listing?
In order to cancel your listing, please log into AnyVan with your email address and password and visit your "My AnyVan" page. You will see the option to "Cancel Job" just below the relevant listing.
How do I reply back to a TP?
When you go to the AnyVan website and log in, there is a "Messages" tab on your My AnyVan page, where you can ask as many questions as you like directly to our Transport Providers. Alternatively click on the View Quotes button on your My AnyVan page - here you can ‘ask a question’ and ‘reply’ to the couriers who have offered you a quote.
How do I view a TPs profile?
To find out more information about a Transport Provider you can click on their username anywhere on the website. This will show you a description of the company, insurance details, customer feedback and their general reputation. Also if they have a green tick next to their name, that shows they have been accredited. This means we have seen documents such as their VAT certificate, company registration document, Drivers License or Passport.
How do I know how much insurance the TP has?
Every company registered on AnyVan will have a profile page where you can view the level of insurance they cover. Please take to view the insurance levels for each company but don’t forget to view the customer feedback and feedback reputation.
